- our language-learning media player;
- saved-word, vocabulary, and flip-card / flashcard features;

If you use the Service through a school, district, university, teacher, or other educational institution (“School”), we may also process information in connection with that School relationship and any applicable agreement with the School.

6. School, Student, and Child Information
The Service may be used by students as part of a School-authorized educational program and may also be used directly by individual consumers.
A. School-Authorized Use
When the Service is provided through a School, we may process student information in order to provide, maintain, support, secure, and improve the educational use of the Service, consistent with applicable law and our agreement with the School.
In those cases:
- the School may decide who is authorized to use certain features;
- the School may provide us with student, teacher, or class information;
- the School may serve as the primary point of contact for certain privacy requests, depending on applicable law and the School relationship.
B. Children
Outside of School-authorized educational use, the Service is not intended for direct use by children where parental consent, School authorization, or other required legal authorization has not been obtained.

C. Student Data Commitments
With respect to student personal information, we do not use that information for targeted advertising or for unrelated commercial profiling. We use student information only as reasonably necessary to provide, support, secure, and improve the educational use of the Service, subject to applicable law and our School agreements.

A. With Service Providers
